The animated short film Venus Flytrap<\/a>, <\/strong> prepared by the students of L’Idem Barcelona from the 2016-2017 class, has been selected to participate in the 16th edition of the Festival Meu Primer Festival<\/a>.<\/strong> From November 4 to 19, family audiences will fill the theaters in Barcelona and Madrid to watch a selection of feature films, short films and activities aimed at the little ones.<\/p>\n

The Meu Primer Festival<\/strong> is the international children’s and primary school film festival, a fun and educational experience to discover the most creative and unique cinema for an audience between 2 and 12 years old.<\/p>\n

The First Festival<\/strong><\/h4>\n

In this 16th edition of Mi Primer Festival we want to pay tribute to the animation studio Aardman<\/strong>, responsible for the iconic episode \u201cThe Wrong Trousers\u201d of Wallace and Gromit, winner of an Oscar for best animated short 30 years ago .<\/p>\n

In addition, the festival hosts a selection of 102 films from around twenty countries. Also, there will be 55 school screenings and 47 aimed at educational centers.<\/p>\n

The short film Venus Flytrap<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Venus Flytrap is a short film made by the students of 2D\/3D Animation and Video Games<\/a>, specifically in the specialty in 3D Animation. The plot focuses on a couple of astronauts who land on a planet and look for some trace of life on it. But you will have a surprise in your exploration!<\/p>\n
