This section is included within the <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mecalbcn.org\/\">MECAL<\/a> Bcn<\/strong>, the Barcelona International Short Film and Animation Festival that this year celebrates its 25th edition.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Plan\u00e7\u00f3, a professional meeting point<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Within the Mecal Festival, Plan\u00e7\u00f3 becomes a meeting point between students and professionals where animation pieces made by students from Catalan universities and schools enter a competition.<\/p>\n<p>In this section, the finalist pieces will be screened and the public will vote for the winning short film. Later, there will be a <em>networking<\/em> session between students and animation professionals.
