One of the goals of L’Idem Animation School is to bridge the gap between academic training and the working world. This month we had the privilege of hosting Gisela Prunés, Artist & Talent Manager with an enviable track record at giants like Disney, Marvel Studios and Skydance Animation. Through their “Professional Strategy” workshop, our students not only explored the keys to building a solid personal brand, but also received direct advice from an expert who has participated in productions such as Frozen II and Moana. In a sector as competitive as 2D and 3D Animation, having the perspective of someone intimately familiar with international recruitment processes is an invaluable competitive advantage for our students’ future.
Gisela Prunés has over 13 years of experience in Human Resources, working with major companies. She has been part of the Disney Recruitment team, participating in productions such as ‘Moana’, ‘Ralph Breaks the Internet’, and ‘Frozen II’, and at Marvel Studios in Los Angeles. She recently joined Skydance Animation in Madrid as an Artist Manager.
